The Brady Sims Well, there I was, I'd learned to play The Sims, and decided that it was time to bring the Brady Family into my neighborhood.
I'll admit, I'm not a Brady Bunch expert, but I wanted to make the family and house somewhat accurate, for the fun of it. When I went online, I found all kinds of resources, including some floor plans, a photo of the house used for the outside shots (which is not really even a two story house!) and the like... When I first made the family, I did not know how to make a skin, and Loraceel (Carol Kintigh) was kind enough to make me an outfit for Mrs. Brady based on the picture I'll show below. Thank you so much Loraceel!
Here is a peek at some shots from the show, and my rooms in the sims :)
I designed the house to be playable, and have played the family in it for some time. The hallways are double wide, it's hard to get trapped in the bathrooms, and I snuck an extra bathroom in there for sanity's sake. I did find two floor plans, for the downstairs and upstairs, and I based the house layout on the plans, with modifications for playablity.
